   Subject of the contract

   The Contractor provides cleaning services to the Client at [site address]. The list of work by room is in Appendix 1.

2. 2

   Site and access

   The Client provides access to the site at the agreed time: keys, pass, alarm code. The access procedure is in Appendix 2.

3. 3

   Schedule and frequency

   Cleaning follows the schedule in Appendix 1: [daily / several times a week / on demand], at the agreed time, including evenings, nights and weekends.

4. 4

   Price and payment

   The price excludes VAT; VAT is added at the rate in force on the invoice date. The Contractor issues an invoice [monthly / per completed work]. Payment term: [N] days.

   Acceptance of work

   Acceptance takes place together with the Client’s representative on site. Comments are discussed during the inspection. After cleaning the Contractor sends a photo report.

6. 6

   Products and equipment

   The Contractor uses its own equipment and professional chemicals unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. 7

   Liability and insurance

   The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Proof of liability insurance is provided at the Client’s request.

   Confidentiality

   The Contractor does not disclose information about the site or the Client and processes personal data in accordance with the law.

9. 9

   Term and termination

   The contract is valid for [term]. Either party may terminate it by giving the other [N] days’ written notice.
