How much does office cleaning in Riga cost?
Regular office cleaning starts from €0.90 per m² excl. VAT. The price depends on area, frequency and scope. We give it after an inspection or from photos and write it into the contract.
Which cities do you serve?
Across Latvia, including Riga and Jurmala. Call us for travel terms to other cities.
Can you clean at night or at weekends?
Yes, we work 24/7 and fit around your business hours.
Who provides equipment and products?
We do: we bring professional equipment and products with us.
Do you work under a contract?
Yes, we sign a contract and issue invoices to companies. We also sign one for one-off cleaning.
Is there liability insurance?
For large sites we arrange liability insurance at the client’s request.
Do we need to stay on site during cleaning?
No. Keys, a pass or the alarm code are agreed before work starts, and the access procedure goes into the contract.
Can we order one cleaning first and decide later?
Yes. Besides regular cleaning we do one-off jobs: deep cleaning, post-renovation, before a site opens.
