How post-renovation cleaning goes
The work usually goes in this order. If the site is being handed over afterwards, we do the handover together with you.

How much does post-renovation cleaning cost?
From €1.50 per m² excl. VAT. The price depends on how heavy the contamination is and on the area; we quote after an inspection or from photos.
When should I book post-renovation cleaning?
Once all dusty work is finished and windows and doors are fitted. Otherwise dust settles on the clean surfaces again.
Do you remove construction waste?
We remove small construction waste by agreement.
Do you clean windows after renovation?
Yes, windows and frames after installation are part of the cleaning.
What makes up the price?
Area, frequency, scope of work and access time. You can estimate it in the calculator; the exact price is fixed in the contract.
Can I order a one-off cleaning?
Yes. Besides regular cleaning under contract we do one-off jobs: deep cleaning, post-renovation, before a site opens.
Do you send a photo report?
Yes, after every cleaning we send photos by zone via WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
How is the work accepted?
Together with you on site: you check the result and we discuss any comments there and then.
How do you get access to the site?
Keys, pass or alarm code are agreed before work starts, and the access procedure goes into the contract.
