Post-renovation cleaning: what it includes and how it goes

Post-renovation cleaning is ordered when the building work is finished but the premises cannot be used yet: there is dust everywhere and traces of paint, glue and cement.

The work usually goes in several stages: removing large debris and dust, wet cleaning of all surfaces, washing windows, frames and sills, washing floors and tiles including grout, and a final check.

It is best to order it right after the builders leave and before the furniture is brought in, so every surface is easy to reach. The price depends on area and how dirty the site is; at Balticclean it starts from €1.50 per m².
