What makes up the price of office cleaning

The price of cleaning depends on the area, frequency, scope of work and the time we can clean. The larger the area and the more often we clean, the lower the price per m².

One-off and deep cleaning cost more than regular cleaning because thorough cleaning takes more time. Window washing and upholstery and carpet cleaning are priced separately.

At Balticclean regular office cleaning starts from €0.90 per m², deep cleaning from €1.90, post-renovation from €1.50. Prices exclude VAT (the standard rate in Latvia is 21%).

To get an exact price, show us the premises: after an inspection or from photos we give the amount and write it into the contract. Ask for a price with the unit (per m², per visit, per month) and a scope of work so you can compare quotes fairly.
