How to choose a cleaning company for an office, shop or warehouse
First: contract and documents. A reliable contractor works under a contract, issues an invoice and signs acts that state the scope of work and the schedule.
Second: schedule and equipment. Ask whether they can clean at night and on weekends, who brings the machines and chemicals and which surfaces they suit.
Third: liability and confidentiality. Ask about liability insurance, how staff are given access and a non-disclosure agreement if there are documents in the premises.
Fourth and fifth: a clear price and reviews. The price per m² should come with a breakdown, and reviews and photos of work show the level. It helps if you can start with one trial cleaning.
