How often should an office be cleaned: a practical guide
Cleaning frequency depends on the number of staff, foot traffic and type of premises. A small office up to 50 m² usually needs cleaning 2-3 times a week, while premises with clients, a kitchen and restrooms are better cleaned daily.
Restrooms, kitchens and reception areas should be cleaned most often: they create the first impression and affect staff health. Workplaces and meeting rooms can be cleaned less often, and carpets and furniture cleaned once a quarter.
Once every six months to a year it is worth ordering a deep clean with window washing and cleaning of hard-to-reach places. We choose the exact schedule after inspecting the site and put it in the contract.
