We clean the apartment when a tenant moves out or before a new tenant moves in. Any comments are discussed during your walk-through of the apartment, with us present.

How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
We quote after an inspection or from photos. As a guide, deep cleaning starts from €1.90 per m² excl. VAT.
What if you have comments?
Walk through the apartment with us present. We discuss any comments on the spot.
What makes up the price?
Area, frequency, scope of work and access time. You can estimate it in the calculator; the exact price is fixed in the contract.
Do you send a photo report?
Yes, after every cleaning we send photos by zone via WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
