Turnover cleaning between guests: a checklist for apartment owners

Between check-ins the apartment has to be ready quickly, so agree the schedule in advance: when guests leave, when the next ones arrive and how keys are handed over.

After guests we clean the rooms, kitchen, bathroom and floors. We do laundry and linen changes at the client’s request: tell us in advance where clean linen and supplies are kept.

What to check afterwards: the bathroom and kitchen, mirrors, the floor, no odour, and whether the rubbish has been taken out. We send a photo report after every cleaning, so you see the result without visiting.
