Glass facade cleaning: price, frequency and how it is done

A clean shopfront and glass facade is the first thing a customer sees. After winter the glass is covered in salt, sand and road spray; in summer, dust and pollen. Here is what facade cleaning costs, how often to do it and how it works.
- We clean glass facades and shopfronts at accessible height from the ground with telescopic poles — no lift.
- Price from €0.50 per m² excl. VAT; we give the exact price from photos or after an inspection.
- Shops and business centres usually need it monthly or by season.
How we clean glass facades
If the surface is at accessible height, we work from the ground with telescopic poles. It is faster and cheaper than a lift, and there is no need to fence off a large area by the entrance. We clean the glass, frames and entrances outside and, if needed, inside.
What facade cleaning costs
Simple surfaces start from €0.50 per m² excl. VAT. Height, access to the glass, frame material and how dirty it is all affect the price. We quote from photos or after an inspection and write it into the contract. Ordinary windows in flats and offices are a separate service, from €1.50 per m².
How often to clean a facade and shopfront
Shops and business centres on busy streets usually need monthly cleaning. Buildings in quieter places are fine with seasonal cleaning: in spring after winter and in autumn. It is also worth cleaning after renovation or construction nearby and before an opening or event.
When to clean
We work 24/7, so we can clean shopfronts early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends without disturbing customers or staff.
