Warehouse cleaning: what it includes and how to keep working

In a warehouse, dirt gets in the way: dust settles on goods, sand from wheels damages the floor, and slippery aisles are dangerous for forklifts and people. Here is what warehouse cleaning includes and how to organise it without stopping work.
- Large areas are washed with a floor scrubber, racking and staff rooms by hand.
- We clean at night, at weekends or between shifts without stopping the warehouse.
- Price from €0.80 per m² excl. VAT, lower for large areas.
What warehouse cleaning includes
Machine scrubbing and dry cleaning of floors, dust on racking and pallet positions, loading areas, ramps and aisles, staff rooms, changing rooms, restrooms and kitchen, and the office inside the warehouse. We agree the exact list during the inspection and write it into the contract.
Why floors are washed with a machine
A floor scrubber washes and picks up the water in one pass. It is faster than by hand and leaves no puddles in the aisles. Racking, ramps and corners the machine cannot reach are cleaned by hand.
When to clean without getting in the way
We work 24/7 and fit around the warehouse: at night, at weekends or between shifts. Before a stocktake, an inspection or handing the premises back we do a one-off clean.
What it costs
From €0.80 per m² excl. VAT. The per-m² price is lower for large areas and regular contracts. We give the exact price after an inspection or from photos. We work under contract, invoice your company and send a photo report by area after cleaning.
